An equipping community is a community of house church leaders who gather every six months for a deep dive training that they work out in their house churches, reflecting weekly on their ups and downs through online webcam conference calls that we call huddles. This week Jason, Jay, Joan and Mark reflect on their experience in the equipping community, how it has transformed them personally and how it has transformed and will transform our house church network.
