Welcome to Casual Mondays. Yes, we know they are being released on Tuesdays - but we record them every Monday so... deal with it.
In these episodes, Jan and RJ talk about their weekends and whatever adventure is coming up that week.
Today Jan and RJ talk about a question that pops up in Jan's DM's pretty frequently. Sometimes being an entrepreneur means that you have to "go against the grain" but that doesn't mean that you just always tell people "no" or "I have a better idea"...
So how do you walk this fine line? Jan gives a practical example to help us understand what this line is, and how to recognize it in our own lives.
Then we switch tempo and RJ gives a sneak peak into a new product that he's planning on launching in collaboration with Adam Robb from All Circles Media Group!

In these episodes, Jan and RJ talk about their weekends and whatever adventure is coming up that week.
Today Jan and RJ talk about their approaches to mentorship and building self-worth. They use stories and examples from RJ's bodybuilding career and Jan's military background to compare and contrast different ways of:
1. Identifying a Good Mentor
2. How Seriously to Take Their Advice
3. What your goal as a mentee should be
After spending some time talking about mentorship, they change pace and discuss their journeys of building self-worth, and steps you can take to start giving yourself more credit on a daily basis. Especially if you are someone that has big dreams that feel really far away. We all have to start somewhere, and making sure you have a strong sense of self is super important as you chase that dream.

In today's interview, Jan sits down with Chris Troka, founder of Focused Biz and someone with an amazing vision of what it actually takes to "get shit done" as an entrepreneur.
Chris was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. From pizza cook to healthcare receptionist, car sales, and failed attempts at other business ventures, his mind kept focusing on financial freedom, and all of these jobs couldn't provide that. Something had to change.
Thanks to a mentor, he got the idea to become a DJ. With this, it brought opportunity, but he didn't know how to grow a business. Yet.
Which brings us to today. He now runs an award-winning Wedding DJ & Photo Booth business, with a team of DJ's, earned a Marketing Degree and countless certifications, and now he's here to show others what he's learned over the years.
