In honour of Men's Mental Health Month on HAC, Chris rubs shoulders with Australian social worker and podcaster Simon Rinne.

Simon dealt with undiagnosed OCD and an array of other mental health issues that held him captive in many areas of his professional and personal life. He since has devoted his career to further expanding on the origin of mental health stigma and built his voice with his own podcast The Mindful Men Podcast, which airs worldwide.
