Hi all! This is an interview that my friend/past student Rhylee Hedberg from WildWomanHealing did (interviewing me) for her podcast Wild Woman Healing podcast. She is such an incredible interviewer - you will hear her questions are thoughtful, deep and inquisitive. We recorded a couple of days after I got home from my 3 month trip around Asia and southern Europe so we speak a lot about solo travel and how its changed my life (especially toward the end of the interview). We also talk about surrender, why women especially have such control issues/ find it hard to surrender, noticing & releasing identities that hold your back from full Heart expression (and why we try so hard to hold onto them too!)
