As a mother to a Sagittarius son, Eā, and married to Hansu Jot, Ardas Chandra is dedicated to personal expansion and exploration. She holds a master's degree in philosophy from La Sorbonne University, and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher certification and channels her wisdom into guiding women in self-connection. She loves nothing more than spending time with her son, writing her morning pages and having deep conversations about the meaning of life. Her work is to be found at the intersection of energetics, strategy, and mindset — bringing forth the Aquarian Age through our Being.

I have met many women in the past years — and I have been one of those women myself — facing what I would call motherhood struggles!

Maybe it’s with the conception, as we know there is an apparent decline in fertility;

Maybe it’s a difficult pregnancy, sickness, loneliness, anxiety can suddenly take a lot of space as we carry our child;

Maybe it’s societal expectation for parenting in ways that do not match our parenting instincts;

Maybe it’s the lack of support and of community during the early postpartum period;

Maybe it’s with regulating our own nervous system when our child is triggering us, so we can response as gently and lovingly as the mother we really deeply wish we are!

Whatever it is, I believe that sharing my experiences, as well as the experience of other mothers can help create a community and bring women closer to being the mother they wish to be!
