Mortgage Rates are at new lows with the 30-year fixed in the low 3's and the 15-year fixed in the high 2's making it a great time to refi or purchase a home.

The spread of the Coronavirus caused a massive loss of over 1,000 points in the DOW Jones Industrial Average causing a flight to safety in the bond market with the 10-year Treasury yield down to an all-time low of 1.267.

January new home sales saw a significant bump compared to the same time a year ago. Investors looking for the stock market to rebound from the previous days disappointing close were let down once again. Interest rates still hovering at all-time lows.
