If you have felt there is another upleveling of your life that is possible then this is a series for you.We start with the premise that energy is everything.  Your energy levels determine your state of mind.  Your state of mind determines how you show up and what you are going to accomplish in your life. 

The three days are meant to ask the Arcturians, Our Spiritual Guides and Mentors, and the Spiritual Hierarchy of Higher Beings to assist us in optimizing our energy for our life tasks, goals, and accomplishments.  Each day includes a 1 hour transmission followed by discussion on techniques and strategies to optimize your energy.

Day 03-Refining the Vehicles-Here we add gradations and refinements to our energy and subtle body structure.  We learn to balance being and doing and also add six or more gears to our energy levels.  Rather than having just two gears-either on or off-we have a gradation of energy levels we can choose from to match the situations in our life.
