Arcturian Healing Method Podcast

Please join us for this new moon Arcturian Healing Session where we work with the Arcturian Violet Dragon for mental health and well being.  We will be taking a multi-dimensional approach to clear unwanted and stuck patterns in the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, spiritual, and divine levels.  This psychotherapy energy session is good for balancing and healing anxiety, depression, addictions, obsessive/compulsive behavior, truamas, and stress.  This session will also enhance positive and powerful states of consciousness to help in your well-being and effectiveness in the world.  The healing session will last for 45 minutes.

The second part of the session will be a group pillar of light meditation with the Arcturian Violet Dragon energy to empower our three main astral power centers: the head, the heart, and the belly. 

We will also go over the power of transformative words and positive self-talk in shaping our reality.

This session is appropriate if you want to clear out the old and bring in the new for the coming lunar new year of the horse.

Please join us to learn how to protect your energy field, your energetic environment, and those you love from spirit harm.  As our divine light increases, we become more visible in the inner and outer world.  As a natural and balanced precaution, we also learn to protect our energy body, subtle bodies, consciousness, and environment from negative energies and spirits.  This is similar to when your wealth or property increases.  You naturally put into place security measures and passwords on accounts.  It is not a fear based action but a natural process of creating boundaries.  This physical world metaphor applies to the spiritual worlds too.

In this meeting we will be both creating an energy field of protection from the Arcturians and then learning a Tibetan Buddhist practice for Spirit Harm protection.  You can apply your own lineage connections to both practices to fit your spiritual path.  In the first half of the session, we will be doing a 30 minute protection transmission from the Arcturians.  This will seal our seven subtle bodies and consciousness and place the Arcturian Guard in the four cardinal directions.  The Arcturian Guard is a form of the Arcturians that serve a protection role much like Archangel Michael in the Christian Tradition.

After a short 10 minute break, we will learn a Tibetan Buddhist ritual practice which combines mantra (sound), mudra (hand seals and physical movement), visualization, and invocation to generate a protection sequence around yourself, those you love, and your environment.  Some immediate benefits from this practice include decreased anxiety and negative emotional states; improved sleep quality; and positive mental and emotional states such as happiness, joy, and abundance.

Please join us for this new year's galactic download with the Arcturian energies and consciousness meant to accelerate the rate of vibration in all our subtle bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, spiritual, and divine).  By raising our vibration particularly in the new year, we drop off any patterns, energies, and information that do not match that higher frequency and that we no longer need.  We will also be taking advantage of the full moon power in January and at the start of the new year.  The large group gathering further boost the power available to take our subtle body frequency and vibration to the next level.

We will start with a short discussion on how to configure our subtle bodies to receive as much light during this year of 2026.  This is a year of both challenge and change meant to develop ourselves deeper and higher.  The Arcturian energies and consciousness can assist us throughout the year and this download will lay the seeds and blueprints for this process.  We will then do a 45 minute transmission meant to download the latest galactic energies to increase the frequency of our physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, spiritual, and divine bodies.  This is an empowerment from the Arcturians to assist us in this process.

After the transmission, we will do a 25 minute Pillar of Light meditation meant to empower our goals for the new year and also consciously clear and increase the rate of vibration in our head, heart, and belly region.  This will assist us in developing our thinking, feeling, and willing.

Please join us for this full moon transmission with the Arcturian Energies and Consciousness where we work to heal, balance, restore, and amplify our physical and multi-dimensional resilience.  We will be focused on two physiological systems in the body: the autonomic nervous system that leads to rest and digest and fight or flight activity and the cortisol system which is known as the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis. 

In this healing session using a unique download from the Arcturians, we will first heal and balance the parasympathetic nervous system.  This involves the vagus nerve and its effector and leads to full recovery from acute stress.  We will also then heal and balance the sympathetic nervous system which allows us to become active and energizes our physical body for activity and movement.  After working with the autonomic nervous system, we will systematically healing and balance the hypothalamus and pituitary which are master control glands for our endocrine system.  We will then heal and balance our adrenal glands which gives rise to cortisol which helps to combat stress and anxiety.

This is an excellent session if you have been feeling fatigue or want to harness more physical energy.  Also people might experience adrenal fatigue in particular, burn out, or exhaustion due to these systems being overtaxed in their body.  Finally, the energies from the Arcturians will lead to super resilience so that you can have abundant physical and etheric energies to meet your day to day tasks and overall mission in life.

After the 45 minute healing session, we will do a healing meditation that will cleanse and energize our system to complement the healing of the autonomic nervous system and endocrine system (hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis).  This will be recorded and can be used on a repeated basis to cleanse, energize, and heal the physical and etheric body for vibrant health and longevity.

Please join us for this full moon group healing from the island of Oahu where we will be tuning in and connecting to the land energies here, the Arcturian energy and consciousness, the full moon energies of December, and the powerful group energies in order to heal all aspects of the ear and hearing both outer and inner.  We start out with a 45 minute Arcturian Healing Method healing on the ear, outer hearing, and inner hearing.  We will be addressing possible issues such as outer, middle, and inner ear infection; deafness, ruptured eardrum, nerve deafness, and tinnitus.  We will then also address improving our inner hearing which is of a more spiritual and intuitive nature.  The energies will improve our clairaudience and ability to hear our inner voice of intuition and inner spiritual tones.

After the healing we will then do a group Pillar meditation meant to take advantage of the powerful full moon energies to energize our projects.  The energetic download requested will further improve our clairaudient skills and capacities for inner hearing from the soul.

Please join us for this new moon healing session where we work on all aspects of healing the eyes.  We will be focused on balancing conditions of the eyes which include nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, cross-eyes, walleyes, eye infections, chronic red eyes, floaters, glaucoma, and cataracts.  We will be using the Arcturian Healing Energies to cleanse, energize, and balance the chakras associated with the eyes which include the crown, forehead, and ajna chakras as well as the minor chakras of the eyes, temples, and jaw.  The Arcturian Healing Energies and Consciousness can also address all the seven subtle body layers (physical, etheric, emotional,mental, causal, spiritual, and divine) that may be affecting eyesight.

After the 45 minute healing session, we will take a 10 minute break followed by a 30 minute new moon Pillar of Light meditation where we clear ourselves of any old and stuck patterns that no longer serve us.  We will also be utilizing the group energy field and the new moon energies to set new goals and intentions for the month and upcoming new year.

One of the mysteries of life is to be able to transform lower negative energies into higher quality energies.  We do this through our intention and through our energetic field.  There are particular chakras which can uplift and transform lower grosser kundalini energies into high quality spiritual energies.  The three transformative chakras are the Meng Mein Chakra, the Back Heart Chakra, and the Crown Chakra.  The Meng Mein Chakra is for Etheric Alchemical Transformation.  The Back Heart Chakra is for Emotional Alchemical Transformation.  The Crown Chakra is for Spiritual Energetic Transformation.

In this full moon transmission and meditation we will be activating these three centers in order to raise our lower pranic energies into high quality and vibration pranic energies at the etheric, emotional, and spiritual levels.  This allows us to overcome negativity at both a personal, group, and societal level as we work with our internal energies.  As above, so below.  The 45 minute transmission will lay down the blueprint and energetic know-how to use these three alchemical transformation centers.

We will then do a 25 minute meditation which will utilize these three alchemical centers (Meng Mein, Back Heart, and Crown Chakra) to refine our lower pranic energies and kundalini energies into a highly refined vibration that will spread throughout our entire energetic system.

Please join us for the August New Moon transmission where we download the working abilities and capacities for clarity, vision, and decisiveness.  In this 45 minute transmission we will be asking the Divine, Our Guides and Teachers, the Arcturians, Other Awakened Extraterrestrial Beings, the Angels, the Archanges, Our Holy Guardian Angel, and Our Higher Self for the blueprints, information, and energy for the qualities of clarity, vision, and decisiveness.  Particularly during this part of the year and with the increased energies hitting the planet, we need to have the clarity of our soul vision to navigate both on a day to day basis as well as birds eye view basis our path forward.  We want to make the best use of our time and energy in moving on our spiritual path and role of service towards others.  Also included in this download is the energy and strength to carry this plan out and make any decision in a decisive manner if needed.

After the transmission we will take a 10 minute integration break followed by a 30 minute group Pillar of Light Meditation.  We will utilize the powerful new moon energies, the group pillar, and the blessings of the Higher Beings to strengthen our subtle bodies, channels, and chakras.  We will also download further information to directly affect our subtle bodies in regards to the theme of clarity, vision, and decisiveness.  Finally, we will energize all new intentions for the next month and the remainder of the year.

The session starts out with a 45 minute transmission meant to personally connect you to your star energy and consciousness.  This starts the process of downloading any soul energies that you may need to replenish your stores.  We will then ask the Divine, Our Spiritual Guides and Teachers, the Arcturians, and Other Awakened Beings to assist in restoring in full all soul energies and components that might be missing or lacking.  Then our batteries will be filled to their maximal amount with prana and multi-dimensional light.

After the transmission, we take a 10 minute break followed by a Pillar of Light group meditation.  We take advantage of the powerful full moon energies and the large group field to download the energies, frequencies, and patterns to boost our goals and intentions.  We also meditate with our personal star energy to fill our chakras and channels fully.
