Martin Flex aka PuRe SX, is one of the freshest names on the bass & breaks scene. A producer who knows how to drop the 808 boom and send the bodies flying around the room. Blasting out of the thriving UK underground since 2008, he currently DJs all over the world from USA to Russia, London to Spain, and beyond.

Famous for low end terrorism in the form of his smash hits Taking It Back, Shake Ur Body, Sunglasses, Another Day, Let Me Go, Bustin Dubz, 212 Booty and Link Up alongside Deekline, Martin Flex aka PuRe SX has picked up support for his music from all the top names on the scene, from Deekline to Stanton Warriors, Ed Solo to Lady Waks and Krafty Kuts to the

Freestylers.

After his successful "Let's Go Tours" of the U.S.A. in 2015 & 2016, he is returning back for another U.S.A tour in early 2017... Watch out!

This week in The Armory we’re thrilled to welcome back our good pals Chris Harnett & David Carvalho of WhiteNoize and their unique, highly-danceable brand of house grooves. Now press play and get down.

WhiteNoize consists of DJ and Production duo Chris Harnett and David Carvalho. The long time friends and veteran DJ's of San Francisco have created a popular following in west coast clubs with their unique sets fusing multiple genres of house music. 2010 saw WhiteNoize burst into the scene with 2 critically acclaimed EP's released on DJ Dan's Instereo Recordings and a remix on Fatboy Slim's Skint Records. In just three years time, they have released 50+ tracks on over 15 record labels and have seen success on iTunes, Beatport, Trackitdown, Traxsource and more with several of their tracks ending up in the Top 100.

One of 2012's biggest releases 'Insecure' on Instereo Recordings saw tremendous success hitting the #1 spot on Beatport House and #4 on the Overall Chart. "Insecure" was named by Beatport as one of the Top Ten House Songs of 2012. Their EP 'Fashionably Early' released in May 2012 on Guesthouse Music also saw tremendous success. A collaboration with the talented Viceroy 'Only Takes' landed them at #1 on We Are Hunted, #4 on Hypem Popular and #4 on Soundcloud Hot while their own track 'Pimp On' hit #1 on the Traxsource House Chart.

Well known for their versatile and energetic sets, WhiteNoize has performed all over the States. They play regularly at places like Ruby Skye in San Francisco and have played at numerous festivals including Ultra Music Festival, Outsidelands, Beyond Wonderland, I Love This City, and 4 times at Coachella including the famed Sahara Tent in 2011.

So far their music has been supported by A-Trak, Benny Benassi, Carl Cox, Chuckie, DJ Dan, Mark Knight, Max Vangeli, Tommie Sunshine, TJR, Tocadisco, Treasure Fingers, Umek, Eddie Halliwell and Donald Glaude among many others. Rory Hoy is a Multi- Award Winning Music Producer/ DJ and Film Maker. He has 5 critically acclaimed albums under his belt on Freddy Fresh’s Howlin’ Records label (USA) and numerous singles, EPs, remixes and collaborations on various labels worldwide. His single ‘Hey Everybody’ featuring the vocals of Ashley Slater (Ex Freakpower with Fatboy Slim) was one of Craig Charles’ ’Tracks of 2015’ on his BBC6 Funk & Soul Show and used as Trailer music. Rory continues to be championed by Craig with his new releases and has been DJ support to him on his touring Funk & Soul Show. Rory was featured in the PRS ‘M’ magazine as a rising new talent and has seen praise from other artists including Fatboy Slim, Afrika Bambaata, Mr Scruff, DJ Cam, Fake Blood, Ali Shaheed Muhammad from A Tribe Called Quest among others.

Rory has enjoyed Djing at many Festivals and Clubs including the legendary Leeds Festival and was the Opening Act for the official Tour De France Fan Park playing to over 20,000 happy punters! He has also performed in Paris and continues to work on Syncs for Film, TV and Adverts, having his tracks used by Disney, Sony BET TV, Costco and Buzzfeed Yellow in USA and the official Tour De France ITV Documentary.

He was the Winner of the Yorkshire Young Achiever of the Year Award hosted by ITV, in the Arts Category, which he won alongside actor Mikey North from Coronation St and has won many national awards including a UNICEF award, a Royal Television Society nomination, and collected an award from film director, Guy Ritchie.

He also makes short films, over 38 to date, 3 of which have been shown on BBC TV. His film 'Autism & Me' is released with his booklet on DVD worldwide through Jessica Kingsley Publishers. He’s been featured on British and American TV (BBC, ITV, Sky, and NBC "Today Show" in America) and also on BBC and Independent Radio. He’s Youth Patron of the London based charity 'Resources for Autism', and in this capacity, was invited to a special reception at the House of Lords. He also goes into schools and organisations where they show his film, and talks about autism. He was a Centenary Ambassador for the National Charity, UK Youth - and featured in their promotional film. He continues to be an Ambassador for them. He was also invited to be a Royal Commonwealth Associate Fellow.

He is an energetic and crowd pleasing performer and always happy to hear from festivals and venues looking for a DJ to really get a party atmosphere going!
