The next sermon in our Advent series, The Arrival of Joy was prophesied 800 years before Jesus was born. This Child is Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, and our Forever King. The people of the day wanted the Messiah to be a certain kind of king. He surprised them by being a certain kind of Savior. What God is bringing is so much better than what we are hold on to.
