Fresh off bringing Arseholics back this week, we're straight into a big one — Charn, aka @lowernorthbank, joins us. Lifelong matchgoing Arsenal fan who has done some unbelievable media work with the club in the last few seasons.

We met Charn about 4 years ago, funnily enough outside block 9 in the North Bank Lower at a game and very quickly realised what a top bloke he was. He's always shown big love to the podcast. We go back to where it all started for him, through to how he landed the call from Arsenal. We dig into last season's title win from his unique vantage point, his favourite shots and moments, what he's looking forward to this season, and what's next for him both at the club and beyond.
