Why bother thinking about high performance if you don’t want to be an overachieving, 80 hour workweek kind of person?
I got this question the other day and I will tell you all what I told that person: there are so many benefits to thinking about high performance, even if you don’t want to be a “high achiever”, or a "top performer".
And, by the way, seeking higher performance, or looking to achieve more in any aspect of your life doesn’t mean you have to burn all the hours of your day, or work your butt off (though you can if you want), or losing your balance in life.
So, today we are going to look at why thinking about high performance can benefit you, even if you don’t want to achieve higher performance.
