In this episode, we dive into the power of curiosity—not just as a fleeting thought but as a transformational process of self-inquiry, healing, and deep presence. Curiosity is the gateway to understanding ourselves beyond the labels, beyond the surface, and into the depths of who we truly are. Without it, we risk taking ourselves at face value, missing the intricate layers that shape our experiences, emotions, and actions.
I explore how being present with ourselves isn’t just about stillness—it’s about what we do with that stillness. How do we respond to the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that arise? Do we dismiss them, label them, or can we learn to meet them with curiosity? Inspired by my own journey and wisdom shared by my coach, I unpack the practice of noticing what you notice, questioning what we often accept as fixed truths about ourselves.
Through this conversation, we examine how curiosity leads to embodied agency—the kind that doesn’t just rely on willpower but integrates the unconscious parts of us. We also touch on spiritual bypassing, the importance of deep inner work beyond rituals and practices, and how true self-understanding requires us to “F around and find out” about ourselves.
This is the journey we’re on together—the journey of beingness, deepening, and learning to sit with ourselves in an open and honest way. I invite you to listen, reflect, and step through the doorway of curiosity with me.
