So, actually had recorded this one from last December that just haven't had time to get uploaded. I sat down with former FC Bishopmill Chairman (Current at time of Recording) Current Manager of Elgin City Women FC (Assistant at time of recording) and of course, creator of The Football Journals Podcast Lee Stewart for this episode of The Art Of Casual Conversation.

In this episode of The Art Of Casual Conversation, I sit down Dalibor Savic, one of Sweden's rising football coaches known for his thoughtful approach to the game, leadership, and youth development. From the sidelines to the dressing room, Dalibor shares his philosophy on coaching, building trust within a team, and what it means to truly connect with players beyond tactics and training.

We talk about his journey through Swedish Football, the cultural dynamics that shape his coaching style, and how the values of communication and empathy play just as big a role as strategy on the pitch. Whether you're a Football fan, a coach, or just curious about the human side of sport, this is a relaxed and insightful conversation you won't want to miss.
