The art of communication is one of those things you should constantly work on.  Being great at it can help you grow as a person, strengthen your relationships and you give others a very clear understanding of who you are.  Whether it's at work with co-workers or superiors, with the people in your circle or even at home with your loved ones, being able to communicate properly sets the tone and dynamic of your relationship.  You would think this is obvious but believe it or not, many relationships come to an end because there probably was a lack of communication and understanding.
