Rod, a New York-based expert, has left his mark on the industry with his impressive credits, including the Broadway production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, and numerous Off-Broadway and regional theater productions like the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, A.R.T., and the Utah Shakespeare Festival.
Rod was the Resident Fight Director at Off-Broadway’s Pearl Theatre Company and served as the In-House Fight Director for New York City Opera during their residency at Lincoln Center. Even after their departure, he continued his impactful work at New York City Center and El Teatro at el Museo del Barrio. As a proud member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society and a faculty member at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Rod brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the conversation.
