In this week's episode, we discuss a hot topic among many workplaces - feedback.

From giving feedback to receiving feedback, we break down our best tips for both sides of the fence, and remind ourselves that feedback at work isn't personal! It is an opportunity to find joy in professional growth.

Some of the tips we cover are:

  • Not delaying giving feedback - quickly jumping onto a pain point eliminates any further confusion and gives the other person the opportunity to have their voice heard
  • Difference between constructive and negative feedback
  • The five P's to consider when receiving feedback: Poise, Process, Percolate, Proceed and Perspective. These steps help you process feedback, to understand what changes you might need to make, the best approach for adapting feedback and how this feedback often plays into a bigger picture.

    • Guys I can't believe I am saying this again, BUT THE CRAZIEST THING HAPPENED TO ME LAST WEEK!!!
