In this episode of The Art of Listening, I sit down with Kundalini Yoga teacher and Dharma scholar Harmanjot.
We talk about Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini energy, and how working with energy can support self regulation, emotional balance, and presence. We touch on the aura, on how small and consistent practices can create real shifts, and on why listening to your own rhythm matters on the spiritual path.
A big part of our conversation is about self love and blessing ourselves, noticing the patterns we carry, and understanding mastery as something that unfolds over time.
We also speak about staying present with what is happening in the world, not turning away, but building the inner strength to hold both beauty and difficulty at the same time.
Toward the end, Harmanjot shares her view on the year of the Radiant Body and the Fire Horse, and how this fast moving energy asks for more grounding and a steady nervous system, so we can move with what is without burning out.
We close by returning to gratitude, to the preciousness of being alive, and to practice as a way of staying connected to ourselves while remaining engaged with the world.
This is the Kundalini self-love meditation that Harmanjot shared.
I hope this conversation inspires you on your path.
Thank you for being here, sending so much love!
Marina
