She talks about challenging societal expectations and limitations through her art, the implications of gender, and her exploration of subjects including: Slavery, Post-Colonialism, Markets, Consumerism and Globalisation. Her last solo exhibition, titled, ‘Commodities of Consumption and Sites of Extraction in the Global South’ also comes up for discussion.
