One of the most important things you can do to enhance your sleep and your dreams is to create the best possible surroundings in which to sleep. This gives your soul the confidence it needs to not only start its nightly journey but to complete it fully, bringing back the clarity and support you and your body needs to make each day more elevated. There are many ways to create the best surrounding for yourself, but it must start with the place where you physically sleep…your bedroom. This week Kabbalistic Sleep and Dream Expert, Mordechay Balas welcomes Interior Designer, Erin Fetherston to The Art of Spiritual Sleep who will open our eyes and hearts to the value of creating surroundings that bring joy, comfort and security to our souls and our bodies creating the space we need to achieve our goals every day.
As we live life, we create belief systems based on experiences that shape who we are and how we react to the world around us. It might be easy to see how these belief systems impact our awakened day. They can show up in many ways such as fears we have, how we value ourselves or how we show up in relationships. But what is little known is our belief systems also impact our sleep and dreams which can have a strong knock-on effect to our awakened day. This week Kabbalistic Sleep and Dream Expert, Mordechay Balas takes us on a journey through our belief systems and the role they play in our sleep with his special guest Kabbalah Instructor, Daniel Naor who is an expert in this area. Mordechay and Daniel open our eyes to the belief systems that become entwined in our day and night and offer tools to allow you to let go of those that don’t serve you.

Hypnosis is defined as a “changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration”. Sleep is defined as a “state of reduced mental and physical activity, in which consciousness is altered, and sensory activity is inhibited” to rejuvenate the body. The two definitions are not far apart. This is why Kabbalistic Sleep and Dream Expert, Mordechay Balas wanted to explore the similarities, differences and ways hypnotherapy and sleep can help your awakened day even more. This week welcomes Eliyahu Sinisa Kruska, Certified Hypnotherapist and Mind Coach, from Plasma Saal Health Centre, a holistic clinic specialized in quantum medicine, located in Zagreb, Croatia. The two will explore the intersection of sleep and hypnosis focusing on the healing power of both. Join Mordechay and Eliyahu for this week’s episode.
