Friday I found myself smoking half a joint, drinking half a bottle of wine, eating a full DiGiorno pizza and six cookies while watching Project Hail Mary. This was not a "treat myself" night, but in a full-on collapse. It's an old pattern I like to play out, but this time I did something different.
