This episode focuses on your individual team members – those that fit their job perfectly and those who don’t – either because they are capable of more demanding work or because they are struggling and need a bit of help. My colleagues and I ask if you are prepared to act to make whatever corrections you believe are needed to get that extra 1%. That may mean that you have to consider replacing those who are holding back the performance of your team – are you ready to face that challenge?
