When we compare ourselves and what we do to others and their talents and skills, we can come away with discouragement, despair and maybe even decide to just give up. Or, our pride may kick in and give us a feeling of superiority and make us look down on others. Either way, it's not God's desire for us that we compare ourselves to others, but that we strive to be all that He has called us to be.
