On this edition of The Arts Section, host Gary Zidek brings you along on his visit to the historic Green Mill. I talked to owner Dave Jemilo about some of the challenges he’s facing and the jazz club’s participation in a new streaming concert series. The Dueling Critics, Kerry Reid and Jonathan Abarbanel, will join me to review a timely new streaming production, THE SPIN. Later in the program, Gary will interview the play’s director, Chicago-based theater artist Spenser Davis. Then, Gary catches up with Chicago magazine dining editor Amy Cavanaugh to find out about the different innovations she seeing in the local restaurant community.
