Aoife Donovan Lee is a Leadership Specialist, Executive Coach, Managing Director, and Co-Founder of Donovan Learning which she runs with her father, Dr. Paul Donovan, to deliver innovative training and coaching online to managers at all levels. She was also co-chair of WBTT in its first eight months of inception.
While working as senior managers within organizations, Aoife and her father realized that for most people, management training just misses the mark and isn’t relevant to their needs. To change this, they have used their skills over a combined 60 years of management experience to create a tightly focused set of learning experiences at a reasonable price
