Episode 66 features a conversation with Kimberly Haliburda in which we delve into existential philosophy and how we can use existential teachings to guide how we manipulate energy for ourselves and also in our healing practices. She begins by briefly explaining energy manipulation. She then goes on to describe what existentialism is, who founded existential thought, and how it relates to essentialism. Episode 58 features a conversation with Kimberly Haliburda in which we discuss the law of attraction and some practical ways to work with it. She explains a bit about spiritual bypassing and why our thoughts have to be backed with action for manifesting to work. We talk about how things like imposter syndrome can potentially have a limiting effect on attraction and then some ways to move beyond it. We go into how belief plays an important role in manifesting. Towards the end she gives some advice for people who may not be getting immediate results and how prosperity can look different for each individual.

Episode 57 features a conversation with my husband Justin. This is part two of two on Hermeticism and The Kybalion, a book that examines the 7 Hermetic Principles. We begin with a discussion about “The All” and how it leads to the concept that the Universe is mental. We then spend some time going over each of the principles in order. We share the way the book defines each principle and then try to find relatable ways to ground them in our present time to help us understand and work with them in a deeper, realistic way. At the end we share where to find resources on the subject including a spectacular documentary on The Kybalion by Mitch Horowitz.
