The Astro Mama Podcast 💫

After months of deep reflection, Pluto, the planet of death, rebirth, power, and transformation, is stationing direct. If the last five or six months have pulled you into the darker corners of your psyche, exposed uneven power dynamics, or knocked someone you admired off their pedestal, this episode is for you.

🎙️ In this episode, I talk about:

• What Pluto retrograde has been teaching us since May, and why now is the time for aligned action
• Where you might have outsourced your power, and what my sprained ankle taught me about my own coping mechanisms
• Why “time is going to pass anyway” became my mantra during my postpartum weight loss journey, and how to build structures, systems, and a plan B for any big goal
• Navigating Venus retrograde in Libra and the upcoming Mercury retrograde with intention
• Integrity, accountability, and why it might be time to send that apology text
• AI, technology, and why your embodied wisdom and lived experience can never be outsourced
• Reconnecting with who you are at your authentic core

Whether you’re a fiercely feminine founder, a creative, or simply ready to stop learning and start doing, this is your invitation to take radical ownership of your life. ❤️‍🔥

PISCES FULL MOON ECLIPSE + MERCURY CAZMI AND MORE | AstroWeather Forecast for August 24-30, 2026 ⛅

This week, we've got a Pisces full moon lunar eclipse, a Mercury Cazimi, ANS Mercury's shift into Virgo — all within the same week.

In this Astro Weather Forecast, I break down each transit day by day so you can flow with the cosmic current instead of fighting against it.

This week we cover:

🌊 Tuesday, Aug 25 — Moon enters Aquarius (community, friendship & humanitarian energy) + Mercury enters Virgo through Sept 10th, opening a window for sharp communication, learning, and sharing creative projects

✨ Thursday, Aug 27 — Mercury Cazimi at 4° Virgo, Moon enters Pisces, AND our Pisces full moon lunar eclipse — a major release point for anything revealed since the August 12th solar eclipse

⚡ Friday, Aug 28 — Mercury square Uranus + Sun square Uranus (the "Tower card" energy) bringing identity epiphanies and unexpected downloads

🔥 Saturday, Aug 29 — Moon enters Aries, kicking off a two-and-a-half day cycle for courage, movement, and setting boundaries with yourself and others

Plus a reflection on AI, community, and honoring different perspectives — inspired by a conversation I had this weekend at the Shore and Sage Market in San Diego.

As always, I invite you to reflect rather than fear — astrology is a tool for empowerment, not anxiety.

VIRGO SEASON BEGINS as we swim between eclipses 🌙 AstroWeather Forecast for August 17-23, 2026

We're deep in eclipse portal season, cosmic fishies, swimming between last week's Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse and the Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse coming August 27th.

This is a window for new soul contracts, aligned opportunities, and the release of anything (or anyone) no longer matching your highest timeline.

On this episode of The Astro Mama Podcast, I take you day by day through the major transits shaping your week: a foggy Mars-Neptune Monday that clears by midday, a Wednesday Leo-Sagittarius alignment that asks what cage you've built for yourself, an emotionally expansive Thursday, a get-it-together Friday, a jam-packed Saturday that welcomes Virgo season (plus a Moon in Capricorn asking what you're building for the long haul), and a Sunday made for sharing your story with others.

Along the way I share reflections on perfectionism and self-compassion, a candid look back at growing up with body image struggles and what watching The Biggest Loser as an adult revealed, and a reminder that we're all swimming in the same cosmic current, so give yourself (and everyone else) a little extra grace this eclipse season.

ECLIPSE SEASON BEGINS, Mars enters Cancer | AstroWeather Forecast for August 10-16, 2026 ⛅

Eclipse season is officially here, and this week we're diving into the new moon solar eclipse in Leo, Mars's move into sensitive, watery Cancer, and what it all means for your day-to-day life.

On this episode, The Astro Mama breaks down the astrology of this week transit by transit — from Mars's shift into nurturing Cancer energy (and why this planet is so slept-on), to the emotional buildup before Tuesday's big lunar moment, to the eclipse itself on Wednesday and the discipline it's asking us to bring to our new beginnings.

Expect real talk on watering the "plants" in your life (your health, relationships, projects, and yourself), why Mars in Cancer might make you want to withdraw and recharge, and how Black Moon Lilith in Sagittarius is asking: who's really the guru of your life? Plus, personal stories from the road — including one about rose bushes, a gardener husband, and a lesson in what happens when we forget to nurture the things we've planted.

Whether you're feeling extra emotional this week or just want to understand the cosmic weather before you move through it, this episode will help you swim with the current instead of against it.

North Node and Full Moon in Aquarius | AstroWeather Forecast for July 27-August 3, 2026 ⛅

On this episode of The Astro Mama Podcast, I share some of the major astrological transits happening this week so you can swim WITH the cosmic current, instead of against it.

This week the cosmos is asking us to get honest about who we really are and how we share that with the world. The North Node has officially moved into Aquarius (with the South Node settling into Leo), kicking off a nearly two-year cycle centered on individuality, innovation, and collective healing. Add in this week's Aquarius full moon, and we've got some powerful energy around identity, authenticity, and humanitarian purpose.

In this episode, I break down:

• What the North Node/South Node shift from Pisces-Virgo into Leo-Aquarius really means (and why I call this the axis of "the liberator")
• How to stay true to yourself when you outgrow a friend group, community, or old identity
• Day-by-day transits from Monday through Sunday, including the Sun's aspects to Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto, the Aquarius full moon exact Wednesday morning, Venus square Mars, and more
• Why jealousy might actually be pointing you toward your own next-level growth
• Practical ways to work with this energy instead of against it, all week long

Whether you're a deep feeler, a creative, a mystic, or just someone trying to make sense of why this week feels the way it does — this forecast is for you.

We also have a heart-warming, nourishing Cancer New Moon this week, as well as some moments of healing potential woven throughout.
