A relationship can feel like lightning-passion on day one, and still have challenges and lessons years later.

We take you inside a real Synastry/Compatibility Reading from a marriage counseling context with clients 'Dani & Lou', and show exactly how we look at two birth charts together to understand chemistry, passion, friction, and 'family-repeating patterns' underneath it all.

If you’ve ever wondered why one person feels instantly familiar, or why the same argument keeps resurfacing no matter how much love is there, our Astrological Charts provide a practical roadmap.

We start with the basics that matter most: the Sun and Moon as core identity and emotional needs, plus the deeper family karma layer they can symbolize through the father and mother imprint. We also talk about what many people overlook in astrology compatibility, how season and time of birth shape temperament, and why “night” versus “day” energy can change how someone 'expresses their Sign'. From there we compare Sun to Sun and Sun to Moon contacts to explain the difference between instant bonding and long-term relationship dynamics.

Then we move into Venus/Mars synastry, where romance, sexuality, and creative drive light up.

In this couple’s charts the attraction is strong, but the overlay also shows a real-world tension: one partner pushes toward visibility and career momentum while the other, a creative artist type, can drift toward solitude and withdrawal.

We close with the counseling takeaway: awareness and intention decide whether these signatures become a power team dynamic or a chronic tug-of-war.

What happens when your doctor offers multiple C‑section dates—and you’re astrologically aware that each Moon Sign and Rising Sign suggests a possible 'karma' for your child?

Is picking a C- Section date “playing God,” or is it mindful stewardship? Can a 48‑hour window meaningfully alter a soul’s experience, or does consciousness—attention and intention—do the heavier lifting?

In this episode we step straight into that high‑stakes crossroads, unpacking  the emotional wiring of astrological factors of family dynamics, and the lived reality that a child’s birth chart is also an ' EVENT CHART' for the parents.

With a real case in hand, we explore the tug between Sign Elemental harmony and growth‑provoking tension, and how Squares can ignite character while Trines smooth the path. We examine how Moon Sign and Moon Phases, Decans and Fixed Stars all inform the possibilities in a newborn babies character traits and life unfoldment.

By the end, you’ll have a grounded way to think about Electional choices for birth: balancing medical prudence with symbolic clarity, respecting seasonal context and relational fit with the parents’ charts.

Whether you’re expecting, advising clients, or simply fascinated by the intersection of astrology, ethics, and family karma, this conversation offers tools, cautions, and perspective for choosing wisely when timing is on the table.

A FAMILY SYSTEM has a shape—an invisible order that decides where love flows and where it gets stuck. When someone is excluded through silence or grief, a later descendant often carries the missing thread.

We bring that truth to life by weaving Family Constellations Therapy with Astrology, showing how birth charts can spotlight the very places where a lineage needs repair, recognition, and a simple, human honoring.

Our guest, Astrologer and Family Constellations Therapist Lisa Hagenbach, shares a story that changed her life: a five-year-old uncle, Clarence, lost in an accident and later lost to memory. For decades, there were no photos and no talk—just an ache that lived under the floorboards of the family. Then a single moment: finding Clarence’s picture, hanging it on the wall, and witnessing a quiet miracle as her father—once dismissive of astrology—began asking about her work, offering the blessing that had been missing. Through this lens, we unpack the “orders of love,” why everyone in a family has the right to belong, and how restoring a place to the forgotten lets the living breathe easier.

We get practical and precise. Mars and 3rd-house symbolism speak to siblings and sudden events. Sun in 3rd invokes ideas of a link between father and siblings. Black Moon Lilith points to the untold stories and off-limits emotions.

Synastry between Lisa and Clarence reveals striking ties, underscoring how charts can map Transgenerational Patterns with clarity.

Utilizing astrological charts as 'guides', we also outline how a Constellation Session flows: choosing one issue, setting representatives, tracking movements that put people back in their right place, and layering Astrology to deepen, underscore and target the work. Along the way, we connect these insights with epigenetics, recognizing how trauma echoes across generations and how intentional rituals can soften those echoes.

As we each share the human experience of family roles, connections and subterranean family themes, this conversation offers a grounded path and generational insight.

Subscribe, share with someone who needs it, and leave a review to help others find their way to this work.

Some shifts start with a simple placement: a stone on a clock, a Chart on a screen, a truth finally spoken out loud.

Today Alexander and guest Lisa Hagenbuch explore how two distinct practices— Astrology and Family Constellations Therapy— can be interwoven to reveal unconscious connections, release old secrets and hidden family challenges, and bring missing pieces back into the circle of our lives so that our sense of Self and 'creative flow' are better expressed.

In this episode Alexander reframes Astrology as a living sky map that describes the seasons and cycles present at birth as a mirror of one's 'birth into family', not a static fate carved in stone.

Lisa brings Family Constellation work down to earth: a circle, representative objects, healing statements, and mindful connections help the client feel a return to a natural inner-order. When the inner-map settles, the outer world naturally responds.

Lisa shares an example from her client files, a striking case which lands the point: after repositioning “Mom” and naming a long-avoided secret, a client received a flood of truth from her mother within hours immediately following her session, proof of how acknowledgment and inner alignment of one's stories can then soften the quantum-field and literally reshape one's life experiences.

We also look at family structures, and especially the mother lineage, echoing Bert Hellinger’s insight that every family constellation, at some level, is about the movement of the mother/matriarchy.

Through using her own birth chart as a working example, Lisa demonstrates  how family and partnership themes can signal a calling to one-to-one healing. The conversation turns poignant with the story of Clarence, Lisa’s uncle who died at age five and was never spoken of again. That exclusion—understandable in its pain—left a vacuum that reverberated through following generations. Bringing Clarence and the memory of him 'back into belonging' in the family collective mind ... demonstrates how systems heal: not by erasing the past, but by deeply honoring it.

If you’re curious about how to use your birth chart to spot systemic family themes, how to stage a simple constellation to test a new order, or how timing can open “windows of opportunity” for change, you’ll find practical steps and deep validation here. We don’t worship fate; we work with cycles. We don’t force catharsis; we restore connection.

What if your birth chart is more than a personal snapshot—what if it’s a family event map?

Alexander joins with Astrologer and Therapist Lisa Hagenbach to connect the dots between Family Constellations Therapy and Astrology, showing how generational patterns, unspoken losses, and hidden loyalties shape everyday life.

Instead of reliving drama, we work with the “orders of love” that keep systems healthy: parents give, children take; everyone conceived belongs; hierarchy is honored; and endings are accepted. When these go out of order, the symptoms look familiar—stuck careers, repeating relationships, chronic stress, or estrangement.

Lisa walks us through group and one-on-one methods, including her object-based approach that uses a clock face to map relationships in space. As clients place “mother,” “father,” other family members and key events, subtle sensations and impulses reveal where love stopped and where it can move again.

We explore how Astrology mirrors this map: the Sun reflects the paternal line and vocation, the Moon the maternal bond and safety, Saturn the rules of belonging and limits, and Pluto the deep generational tides that mark collective change. When a Constellation restores order and a Chart offers timing, shifts show up both inside and out—calmer bodies, clearer decisions, and reconciliations that once felt impossible.

Along the way, we ground the work in simple, practical steps: acknowledge facts, include the excluded, allow movement, and let the living live. Feelings matter, but facts anchor healing; the body carries what the system cannot.

If you’ve tried talk therapy, mindset hacks, or sheer willpower and still feel looped by old patterns, this blend of systemic work and astrological insight offers a path that is both gentle and direct.

Subscribe, share this with someone who needs it, and tell us which family pattern you’re ready to rewrite. Your future doesn’t have to repeat your past.

The "Whirlpool" of 2025?

We dive into why the world seems to be spinning faster: a string of bright Supermoons during a rare Major Lunar Standstill period, simultaneous with a Saturn–Neptune conjunction hovering at 29° Pisces, right on the threshold of Aries.

I unpack how these overlapping cycles amplify tides of emotion, reshape public mood, and coincide with moments when society rewrites its rules. Think of it as the border between endings and beginnings—where form meets ideal and institutions collide with myth.

We ground the symbolism in sky facts: what SuperMoons truly are, why the Lunar Standstill happens every 18–19 years, and how Saturn’s roughly 15 year ring‑plane crossing event literally dims the planet, echoing a period when Saturn's constraints can feel less binding. From Cross‑Quarter full moon on Halloween/Samhain, to the Saturn/Neptune apparition conjoined to the fixed star Scheat’s symbolism of turbulence, we map how seasonal gates and stellar backdrops color events on the ground.

Zooming in on the United States, we explore why this moment hits the National chart at it's foundation point, and coicides with a previous Neptune cycle tied to our Civil War and it's ideological conflict. This activation brings questions about belonging, truth, and our nation's law... right into the home and into daily life.

I offer ways to navigate: align Saturn discipline with Neptune meaning, stabilize our base, and treat the Aries point like a launch window for clean, courageous starts.

If this era feels like a whirlpool, it’s also a chance to steer with intention. Subscribe, share with a friend who loves both stars and stories, and leave a review to help others find the show—what cycle are you feeling most right now?

The cosmos is sending us a powerful message in September 2025, and we're here to help you decode it. The upcoming "Super Solar Eclipse" isn't just another astronomical event—it's a profound turning point for collective consciousness, occurring at the very edge of Virgo (29°) and stepping into 0° Libra just as we cross the autumnal equinox threshold.

What makes this eclipse truly extraordinary is its timing with Neptune completing its 165-year cycle, returning to the same position it occupied during America's Civil War.... and exactly aligned with this Autumnal Solar Eclipse !  This planetary alignment suggests we're experiencing similar ideological divisions, challenging us to transcend polarization and find higher common ground.

When combined with a rare Minor Grand Trine between Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, we're witnessing cosmic energies that only converge once every few thousand years.

Through our conversation, we explore how this eclipse mirrors the natural rhythm of seasons—transitioning from summer's outward expression to autumn's inward reflection. As days grow shorter and nights longer, we're called to balance personal desires with collective responsibility. This cosmic event invites us to question our ideologies, examine our inner landscapes, and recognize our interconnectedness.

For practical guidance, we recommend locating where 29° Virgo and 0° Libra fall in your natal chart, as these areas of life will experience profound activation during this eclipse season. Whether you're a seasoned astrologer or simply curious about cosmic patterns, this episode offers valuable insights to navigate this transformative period.

As Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us, technology alone cannot solve our global challenges—we need a collective awakening of consciousness. This eclipse serves as a planetary spiritual director, guiding us to ask essential questions about our soul's journey and our shared future. Join us as we explore how this celestial event can illuminate your path forward during these extraordinary times.

Join Astrologer Alexander Mallon and Family Constellation Therapist Lisa Hagenbuch as they explore the fascinating intersection of astrology and transgenerational family dynamics.

Using the Trump family as a compelling case study, we track how specific planetary signatures—particularly Mars, Venus, and Pluto aspects—reveal powerful behavioral templates that echo through four generations. Family Constellation Therapy reveals how unresolved issues don't simply disappear—they're passed down like batons until someone interrupts the pattern.

We examine how Frederick's gold rush opportunism evolved into Fred's Depression-era real estate empire, culminating in Donald's political ascendancy. From Frederick Trump's entrepreneurial Mars in Leo conjunct the North Node to Donald Trump's Mars-Pluto rising configuration at the royal star Regulus, these planetary patterns tell a story of evolving family themes around power, relationships, and control. The striking repetition of Mars in Leo across four generations illuminates how ancestral patterns can become amplified when left unexamined.

The episode explores fascinating astrological details: Donald's birth during a lunar eclipse (symbolizing obscured emotions), Fred's challenging grand cross configuration involving Venus-Moon oppositions (suggesting emotional disconnection), and Donald Jr.'s Jupiter rising (offering potential healing through a more jovial approach).

For those interested in psychological healing, the episode demonstrates how awareness of these patterns creates the first opportunity for transformation.

Ready to discover how your own birth chart might reveal family patterns? Explore the profound connections between your planets and your ancestors' unfinished business. Your journey toward healing begins with awareness.

In this profound conversation with Family Constellation expert / Astrologer Lisa Hagenbuch, we explore how your birth chart isn't just a map of your personal journey— it's a mirror of your entire ancestral lineage...Every challenging aspect and planetary placement tells a story that may have begun long before you were born.

Ms. Hagenbuch reveals how Family Constellation work—an energetic healing modality developed by Bert Hellinger—pairs perfectly with Astrological analysis to identify and heal generational patterns.

"When we're born into a family, we're really born into a system," she explains, ..."and every family system is looking to be whole and healed." Without conscious intervention, unresolved trauma doesn't disappear when an ancestor dies—it gets passed down to descendants who unconsciously try to complete the healing work.

In this episode, we examine how North and South Nodes in astrology reveal karmic family themes we're meant to either embody or transform.

Using the Trump family charts as a fascinating case study, we examine astrological indicators including the Nodes & Mars placements across four generations.

Whether you're the designated "change agent" in your Family Constellation, or simply seeking to understand soul-growth challenges, this conversation offers profound insights into how your cosmic inheritance shapes your earthly journey.
