In this episode, I interview former Army Ranger Anthony Smith, who just completed his first 100 mile ultra marathon. Anthony is not new to stepping out of his comfort zone as he has completed Ranger school, triathlons, and other ultramarathons, but he said this 100 mile race was one of the most challenging. If you're interested in running or ultra running this episode is perfect for you. We talk about nutrition plans, drop bags, aid stations, supplements, first aid items, and various other topics.

In this episode, I sit down with 2 of my friends and former teammates from high school to talk about Ultra Running. The topics vary from how we all got into running, nutrition tips, apparel tips, and the mentality of endurance athletes. If you are a runner or looking to challenge yourself mentally and physically then this episode is for you. We are not professional endurance athletes so make sure to do your own due diligence and research if you are interested in getting into Ultra Running.
In this episode, I interview one of the top sports performance trainers in the DMV area Josh Pleasant. After being an athlete for many years, Coach Plez has leveraged the soft skills he learned through sports to help him succeed in his various business ventures. This guest is a great leader and example for many young student athletes in his community and worldwide. As a kid he found his comfort zone in sports and competition, but over the years he realized it's important to work on your weaknesses just as much as you focus on your strengths.

In this episode, I am interviewed as a guest on my friend Kaipo’s podcast called Method Supply. It’s always fun catching up with old friends and to do it in an interview format is even better. We had a great conversation talking about my journey from being a young kid living in Las Vegas to being a collegiate student athlete, starting a career in the fitness industry, and the importance of having a growth mindset in everything you do. If you don’t know much about me, this would be a great introduction to a story that’s still being written.

In this episode I interviewed a student athlete from Gannon University that dealt with some off the field issues while playing football at Towson that forced him to transfer out.
