Today, we are honored to have John M. Pierce as our guest, a titan in the world of trial law, and the founder of John Pierce Law. He's been described as "one of the most esteemed jury trial lawyers" and has a track record of securing multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in complex business disputes. John has been at the forefront of defending civil liberties. He has represented high-profile figures like Rudy Giuliani, Kyle Rittenhouse, Tulsi Gabbard to advocating for defendants involved in the January 6, 2021 events at the United States Capitol.
Amidst the tumult of the past four years, John recognized a glaring void in the legal landscape – a shortage of attorneys dedicated to fighting for constitutional rights. In response, he founded the National Constitutional Law Union (NCLU), a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering individuals and combating government overreach and tech tyranny head-on. Through the NCLU, John envisions building a nationwide network of litigators to safeguard the rights of all Americans for generations to come.
John has represented over twenty defendants facing charges from January 6th. He has a unique perspective on these court cases and the Department of Justice’s handling of discovery information.
The NCLU if funded by donations of those looking to support their amendment rights by fighting for those that may have theirs violated. Their focus is has been on hot topics like: self-defense, cancel culture, right to life, election integrity, health freedom, and religious liberty.
During the conversation we touch base on the state of our union, and what can be done to reclaim the spirit of 1776.
