In today's episode, we are opening the closet door and LOVINGLY releasing the "skeletons" that we've buried inside. Depression, grief, and anger are a part of our humanity. Unfortunately, women are conditioned to hide tears, bury trauma, and keep pain neatly locked away.
In the Latino culture, there's a saying that says, "calladita te ves más bonita", which roughly translates to "you're prettier when you keep your mouth shut". This conditioning prevents women from becoming the CEO of their lives. As audacious women, we dare to acknowledge our struggles, seek help, and heal so that we can use the lessons from our experiences to propel us forward.
Our Audacious AF founder Martha Ramos is joined by the resilient Diana Hernandez Wayne to be our guide on this journey. Diana is a grief coach who uses her powerful healing journey to coach others into the life that they desire. Together they steer us on the path to healing.
