It's a new year and we can't help but feel all new and joyful that's it's a time for new beginnings. With tons of new year resolutions we have plans for the year. I talk about writing your new year resolution, seeing to it's accomplishment and activating our main character energy for the year ❤️.

The act of expressing appreciation for all we have is often overlooked. We tend to focus on the negatives than the positives and be grateful for everything. In this episode I talk about expressing gratitude, why we should and how we can make it a part of our daily lifestyle.

Friendship isn't new to anyone and will certainly never sound cliché. We have different concepts of what a friendship is and as much as we're used to having friends we always have to do better in our friendships and drop those things that do not help them grow and replace them with the right ones.
