In 2016, professional surfer, Brett Connellan was attacked by a great white shark at Bombo Beach, NSW. Floating towards death's door, he began to fight back and reached for life. After just 5 months he made it back into the waters, but found his gift of storytelling was going to have a greater impact on our world.

Once Barron hit 18, he could not leave Nowra fast enough. Over the next few years he travelled the world ending up in New York as a documentary film maker. The fast pace of New York soon caught up and it's there that he discovered meditation that led him to eventually becoming a Vedic Meditation teacher. Some research into meditators in Washington in the 70's decreasing the crime levels was his inspiration to combine his 2 loves - meditation and film making to create a Happiness Project in Nowra.

Tammi is a renowned author, speaker and life coach.
After Tammi lived with a mild level of anxiety all of her life, but it wasn't until she had a panic attack in front of a new partner, that she developed a system on how to deal with it.
Tammi's system was used for about year and then she got published with Murdoch Books who are a part of Allen & Unwin after being rejected by several publishers and it's a great story on how she eventually got published after making the decision to self-publish.

A Cert IV in WHS is the minimum training requirement that companies will be looking for.

Graeme in the early 2000's was a successful HR recruiter in the internet boom. The the dot.com era went bust this drove Graeme into a depressed state for about 5 years.
As a result of that experience he wrote Back from the brink and went on to sit on the board of the RU-OK day for 13 years.
Graeme has now written 3 books that have been published in multiple territories and languages and spends his time promoting good habits for preventing mental health with a particular focus on business.

18 years ago Wayne was working for GMH Holden in Adelaide and witnessed a tragic workplace accident that resulted in a death. This was a turning for Wayne to devote his life to making workplaces safer and launched him into a career in safety.
After receiving formal training Wayne moved to Darwin and fixed basic conditions in a warehousing situation that had extreme conditions. Wayne's skill was being able to get the workers onboard through active listening and getting them involved with the decision making process.
Wayne is currently working with Mirrat's in Melbourne
Wayne's motto is
