This first episode of the series, officially launches Autentive Community Interest Company (CIC), and its first offering: The Beautiful Burnout Checklist and Letters! Welcome to our journey!
Lia Tseki, Autentive Director, in conversation with her friend and podcast producer Matt Ward, shares her own personal experience with being diagnosed with Autism later in life and how crashing into an Autistic Burnout, with little support in place, inspired her to create the Beautiful Burnout checklist, as a self-help tool in managing and recovering from burnout.
Currently, the Beautiful Burnout checklist is free to access here, and is accompanied by the Beautiful Burnout Letters, a series of five emails sent every other week, over a 10 week period, aimed at supporting anyone going through a difficult phase in their lives, struggling with self-care and suspecting, managing and/or recovering from burnout. We hope to reach especially those who currently have no adequate support system in place. You Are Not Alone.
Please follow us on Facebook for regular updates and to find out a bit more on Autentive, the Beautiful Burnout Checklist and Letters, and all things Autistic and Neurodivergence-related!
Special thanks to Audio Editing Secrets / @audioeditingsecrets for the podcast production.
