  • YOGA & TALKING TO YOUR SELF - Daniel Scott
Daniel Scott (@danielscottyoga)? is a selfstyled yogi provocateur (as he calls himself) and a dear friend of mine. With more than 10 years of teaching experience as a yoga instructor he has developed his unique teaching style into an art form that spans many aspects of life itself. With his classes, you´re entering a whole different game of moving, exploring and being. That at least how I see it as one of his students.
Daniel shares his unique take on practing, teaching and living yoga in all of its forms and how three simple questions have become his recipe to figuring it all out. Or at least giving yourself a chance.
You can find more on Daniel at www.danielscottyoga.com or via his handle @danielscottyoga.

  • BUSINESS needs COMPASSION - Mounira Latrache
Mounira Latrache (@mounira_la) talks about finding her calling (Compassion & Mindfulness in Leadership) while working as a top level executive at GOOGLE. The key takeaways here are focusing all your energy on one goal. Nothing comes easy! Secondly not to default to leaving your job just because you want to make a change. You can change while you´re on the job. Maybe even find purpose while staying in your position, but transforming your outlook on things. Change the dynamic!
A child to immigrants from Tunisia, Mounira quickly realized that she was living between worlds and radically different identities. Without belonging on either side, she developed her own idea of self. First as a trouble maker in school and later as a determined young woman in corporations like BMW, RedBull and later on GOOGLE.

Mounira envisions finding a way to work with each other that includes the diversity and passion of the whole person as well as working on solutions for the greater good as a community, while having fun at the same time. She also wants to bring love and compassion into this environment because she believes that change on the inside inspires change outside, which will contribute to world peace.
Before launching her own company Connected Business, Mounira was leading the YouTube Space Berlin and heading up YouTube PR for Germany, Austria & Switzerland. During her 5+ years at Google, she dedicated 20% of her working time to spreading mindfulness at Google and externally. Mounira has 15+ years of management experience leading international brands, including leading brand communications and marketing initiatives for Red Bull and BMW.
Mounira is also a trained business coach, Forrest Yoga teacher and facilitates mindful leadership trainings across the world.
