I have found that the world has created this FOMO (fear of missing out) approach, influencing people to move outside the will of God for their life. But what happens when you are still? What happens when you actually wait on the Lord? You’ll find that in the mist of stillness, God answers. Let whatever pass you by. Don’t be so quick to move and respond to the motions of this world. Don’t gravitate toward trends. Stop running behind things that serve no purpose. Instead, Be still and know… ! Know that God has it already figured out. You are not delayed nor are you behind. You are right where God intended for your life. Nothing in your story has been wasted. ALL things are working together for your good.

I am your host, T. Gomillion. Today, I am honored to introduce you to a space God created for me finally. While I have been blessed with the opportunity to host such a powerful and upcoming podcast, I haven’t always been upright and in good standing with what pleases God. For many years, I have backslid: smoking weed, having sex (even having an abortion), fights, drama, and many other things that we will unpack as we unravel the many layers of life. What today looks like for me as I rest in my authenticity is the result of my surrendered yes. 

This podcast was honestly birthed in the grand scheme of my searching and seeking God on who I was and what he called me to be. For many years, I attached or held to what others said about me or what they considered of me. But for once, I wanted to rip off the titles, the trauma, the hurt, and the layers to get to the core of who I truly am. 

Though I am determined to get to the core of who I am,  My ultimate goal is to create a safe space and help others unravel so they can truly get to the heart of who they were before life tried to wrap them in death linen. Join me on the journey #TheAuthenticExchange
