Oh baby, this is a good one!  In this episode I discuss how boundaries are essential to self-healing and living a happier and healthier life.  Even though it can feel really, really, really, really... (deep breathe) really, really, really scary to set and maintain them, boundaries are an expression of love, not only to myself, but to everyone else involved.  

After a little time off I thought I'd talk about the idea of how to surrender into rest.  Sometimes taking care of myself feels harder than it should be.  So what's holding me back?  I'll give you a hint...it's got two thumbs and a self indulgent podcast.

In this incredible 10th episode(incredible that I've made it this far), I'll be continuing to discuss aspects of surrender as it pertains to feelings.  We've all got em and their often messy, confusing and sometimes scary.  But what do they mean?  What am I supposed to do with them?  And, why can't I seem to stuff them down any further? (Just.  Keep.  Shoving. Them. Down.)  Also, I beat box!  You don't want to miss it!  But then you might wish that you actually had.

Well, better late than never!  So I'm a day late in posting this.  Good thing this episode is about surrender and not freaking out....cuz I definitely didn't do that earlier.  Okay maybe a little.  AAANNNYYWAAYY, it really is amazing how much I hold myself back from or hold back from myself, I'm not totally sure how that goes.  But I do know that it doesn't have to be that way.  All I have to do is let go.  But not like Jack in Titanic.  That did not go well for him.  Also, there was 100% enough room on that door Rose!

In this delightful episode I'll be discussing anger issues!  What is anger really?  Where does it come from?  What should I do with it?  And why is everyone else always so wrong and against me?  

Life is what you make of it, and sometimes I make it harder than it needs to be.  In this episode I'll be discussing my unconscious desire to make things more complicated than necessary, why I don't listen to my inner genius that knows all the things and then get to the big question: What is the meaning of LIFE?  The answer may surprise you...or it'll be just what you thought.  

Well, we made it through the History of ME series...now what?  I guess now I start talking about what to do with all that shit as an adult.  At this point I've got a great blueprint on what I DON'T want my life to be like.  Perhaps it's time to try something a bit different.

This is it y'all!  The exciting conclusion is here!  Weeellll, I don't know how exciting or conclusive it is, but certainly is HERE.  I'll continue where I left off and explore some more of the quintessential experiences that helped mold some of my perceptions and beliefs as well as, a few tails of adventure and mischief as I make my way out of them.
