It’s been some time since my last episode and honestly it’s been hard to find the time with life, family, work and other podcasts I’m involved with . I’ve mentioned on this show that I’m one of the hosts on the Negative Splits Podcast and along with our normal release shows I’ll be doing a bonus episode on the Splits feed Title “The Dutch Diaries”. This new series is going to be filling the spot of what would be my solo Average Runner episodes here, I plan to make them a hybrid of the two shows both covering my own training as well as some fun stuff. Here is the first episode released a few weeks ago title “Drop the Beat”. This episode is a tribute to my dear friend Stephen Lee who passed away this week unexpectedly. The news has hit so many people that knew him, myself included and his kindness and love for life will be missed deeply.
