I was watching this week's episode of The Awakening Quest when something occurred to me that I wanted to share with you.
It's an advanced spiritual understanding that if you "get it," your efforts at letting go of many lower-level things will help you raise your consciousness more readily.
So what I am sharing with you today is how to let go of aversions and attractions and surrender to God that effort and intention.
During my discussion of letting go of aversions and attractions, I explain what aversions and attractions are with examples and help you understand why you would even want to do so.
I also tell a story about a lesson in letting go of aversions and how the opportunity to learn about it came to me through my experience watching The Ranch on Netflix.
Listen in how I describe my initial aversion to some aspects of The Ranch on Netflix. I then describe how insights came to me about the issue I had aversions to and how the aversion melted away when I recognized another point of view (call it God's view).
I then share a review of The Ranch on Netflix from a different perspective and understanding. When you operate from higher levels of consciousness, you start to see things through a more accurate lens and understanding.

This understanding is crucial for our personal development, spiritual awakening and growth and the betterment of the world.
To truly 'be the change', we must refrain from the habit of pointing fingers and blaming others. This shift in perspective is a key step towards personal transformation.

Planet Earth is of lower consciousness. In fact, the planet calibration fell below 200 on the Map of Spiritual Progress for the first time since 1986, during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Uncover the true power of mind in this week's episode of The Awakening Quest: 1001 Ways to True Power and Conscious, Elevated Living. Remember, to be reasonable and rational is to embody higher consciousness. When faced with emotionally charged interactions, respecting and allowing for differing perspectives is helpful, but yielding to reason and rationality will defuse the bomb, so to speak.
It is constructive to have the attractor fields of reason and rationality in the presence of an emotionally charged situation. Consciousness research has proven that the power of mind is just that: powerful, reasonable, and rational.
This week's Weekly Dose of Higher Consciousness is all about the levels of consciousness of rationality and reasonableness in the land of the power of mind.

Can politicians be trusted? Many intuitively sense when someone lacks trustworthiness. Politicians often fall into this category energetically, as the energy field of politics is proven to be lower consciousness, lacking integrity and courage. On the other hand, trust is an elevated field of consciousness, a quantum leap above politics.
However, statesmen are viewed differently; their energy represents another quantum leap above that of politicians.

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, a politician is often seen as someone engaged in party politics for selfish reasons, while a statesman is a wise, skillful, and respected leader.
When making election choices, consider whether a candidate embodies the energy of a statesman or a politician. If they can’t give straight answers or flip-flop on issues, they likely lack courage and integrity, falling into the lower energy field of politics.
ConsciousnessCalibrations.com suggests that the president of the United States needs to be a statesman to handle the job's demands. Remember this when voting, as your choice can elevate the collective consciousness.

In this week's episode of The Awakening Quest: 1001 Ways to True Power and Conscious, Elevated Living, I answer the question, "What is a Quantum Spiritual Awakening?"
I tell my true story of what could only be described as a quantum spiritual awakening that came into my experience in 2003.
Quantum spiritual awakenings came into and out of my awareness for close to 10 years 1-3 times a year after that.
For a while, they became more and more intense.
It was during this period that the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins came into my awareness.
His research into consciousness and my understanding of the Map of Consciousness helped me contextualize the quantum nature of my spiritual awakening.
Listen in as I share my story of a quantum spiritual awakening and what some signs and symptoms of a spiritual awakening could be for you. I also hint at the Dark Night of the Soul and what is known as a spiritual emergency.
Based on consciousness research, it's safe to say that quantum spiritual awakenings are highly rare, so you don't necessarily have to"worry" about having one.
But understanding the nature of a simpler spiritual awakening could be helpful to navigate.

Do you struggle with accepting yourself and others exactly as you or they are in every moment of every day? Did you know that once you accept anything as it is in the moment, you've suddenly stepped into true power and conscious elevated living?
It may be hard to believe, but research has proven that the energy of acceptance is of higher consciousness.
So it makes rational, reasonable sense to cease resisting accepting yourself, others, and the present moment every time you think about it.
You can pivot to accepting yourself and others as a spiritual practice until it becomes a karmic pattern. When it does, you have officially stepped into TRUE power and conscious, elevated living.

Where do you land on the scale of emotions? Are you predominantly operating in lower consciousness or low-level emotions? Maybe you are likened to a gray cloud or "Dougie Downer?"
Or are you like Suzie Sunshine, operating in higher-level, constructive, optimistic, and uplifting emotions?
This is not to disparage anyone or make you feel bad about yourself but to illuminate the scale of emotions and the measurable energy or magnetic attractor fields available to all of us.
I like to say, "Do the math!"
In this episode, I will share "the math" or the energy calibrations of the scale of emotions. (Download the Map of Spiritual Progress here)
If you feel you are operating from the negative side of the emotional scale, there is a way out. It requires self-awareness and a willingness to let go of the low-end scale.
If you operate predominantly from the high side of the emotional scale, keep up the good work or way of being!
But be honest with yourself. We all run low-level emotions. They may be deeply hidden, but It's part of being human.

Are you unwilling to be willing? According to consciousness research, Willingness is a Powerplay in Consciousness! Being unwilling comes from the narcissistic core of the ego. It's the "Juice of the ego."
There is no power in being unwilling, closed off, and resistant to change, new ideas, or personal development and growth.
Once you understand the power of willingness and what it really means in consciousness, you'll remember I said, "Do the math!"
In this week's 1001 Ways to True Power & Conscious, Elevated Living I examine the level of consciousness of WILLINGNESS and BALANCE.
To be willing is truly a powerplay in consciousness. To align with true willingness is to align with higher consciousness and open up your awareness to becoming balanced, decisive, successful, and optimistic at 310 on the Map of Spiritual Progress.
We look at and discuss the level of consciousness of willingness and the following:
It doesn't "pay" to be unwilling in any area of your life. Practice letting go of unwillingness whenever it pops up.
