Our guest today is Daniel Svec. Born in the Czech Republic, Daniel escaped to the United States from behind the Soviet Iron Curtain with his parents in 1982. After growing up and spending the first 2O years of his life in the USA, Daniel returned to the Czech Republic. And has been back in Prague for the last 20 years. Of those later years, he spent 13 assisting at the Czech Republic's best therapy center as a Disciple of the excellent Petra Rauferova. Now, Daniel has assembled his life experiences and learnings into the Art of Com Passing - an educational and therapeutic series which uses science to teach why Compassion is a biological necessity, and how to incorporate it in our lives in order to grow healthy and to heal.

Meet Dickie Longo. At 83 years young, he runs every day. An older brother, a husband, a father to 3 sons, and a grand and great grandfather to 9 beautiful kids, in his words, Mr. Longo is living the “perfect” life. Running has been at the center of it all. He has been running for over 70 years, which is hard to believe, because he doesn’t look a day over 60. He married his college sweetheart, a beauty queen. He says he married up, so he just kept running to keep up with her. Recently, the love birds celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Mr. Longo has won countless medals and awards in his long running career. 3 years ago, he celebrated his 80th birthday by running a 5K and winning his age group.
