You probably wouldn't think that a West-German terrorist group from the 1970's could help you sell more stuff on the internet, right? Well, you'd be wrong.I mean, I'm not suggesting they will help you personally, but the term coined from this group's name will definitely do the trick. Anyway, I'm not going to cover why it's named after this group, as you'll have to check out the episode. In short, the Baader-Meinhof principle or philosophy describes how our brains are wired to notice something more, after the first time we've been exposed to it. Or, how when we're looking for something, we tend to see it more. For example - let's say you're looking to buy a new car. A Jeep Wrangler, for argument's sake (which is notably, the car I'm looking at buying right now in Iceland). They've always been around, but once your mind starts to focus on that car more, you'll see them around much more in real life. This is the Baader-Meinhof principle at work. You will notice more of the things you're trying to find, and objects or people you've come into contact with before, will be more noticeable to your brain. While not initially related to marketing, this principle definitely aligns with selling more products, services, and stuff in general online. In this episode I go into a couple of very specific tactics on how you can use it to your advantage, and how you may already be using it in your business without even knowing it.----------PRE-ORDER LAUNCH COURSE: http://launch.ax/ PODCASTING COURSE: http://pod.ax/WORK WITH ME: http://unsuckify.com/ MY INSTAGRAM: @leonthealchemistPlease make sure you're subscribed to UNSUCKIFY: The Daily Marketing Podcast to get notified of whenever a new episode goes live, seven days per week.If you enjoyed this episode, I'd especially love it if you could take the time to give UNSUCKIFY a 5-star rating and a review.
