Buongiorno!

The Backbone FOOD Network brings you the meals and stories from the hallowed halls of the WWE.

This episode, Chef Keithie finds yet another classic buried in the stacks of steel chairs and broken tables in the basement of the 2300 Arena; The Big Don's (aka Tommy Rich) Ciambotta.

What some would call the Italian ratatouille (but don't let a member of the F.B.I. hear you say that), this veggie stew is a comfort that your Nonna would make. Full of aubergines, courgettes, carrots, tomatoes and a secret potato ingredient, the boys in ECW ate good on nights that Tommy was feeling paternal.

So sit back and enjoy the veggies of his Keithie's labors.
