Michael is another guy that perfectly exemplifies the Backdoor mentality, finding a way to make his dreams happen despite a bumpy road with twists, turns, and trials. Michael played for multiple G-League teams, USA Basketball, and spent time overseas before winning the 2018-19 G-League Most Improved player and subsequently signing his first NBA deal.

He spent multiple seasons as a pro with the Supersonics, 76ers, Nets, Rockets, Hawks, and Knicks. Tim retired in 1992 and is currently serving as a Senior Regional Director with the NBA Players Association and a Color Analyst with Fox Sports Detroit.
