That's why we love the work Greg Young aka: The Backpack Barber, has been doing. The Backpack Barber is an initiative started by local barber and community builder Greg Young to help address the growing homeless issue in Downtown FTL. Through giving back in the form of providing free hair cuts, hygiene supplies, and support to the homeless, The Backpack Barber makes an impact on this pivotal issue by raising awareness to it through his visual storytelling campaigns on social media.

Bringing the conversation to light and documenting real ways that anyone in the community can give back, The Backpack Barber encourages others to also make a difference while inspiring the fortunate and less fortunate to continue improving their lives everyday.
