There's a whole lot of nothing going on! Well, maybe a little but not a lot in the world of pro wrestling BUT since Basil works for IMPACT Wrestling we at least have that to talk about to kick things off!

We somehow blend this talk into discussing the Squared Circle Restaurant that has been gone for years and crying about how no one has picked up the slack in this area and then we get into the food and damn do we miss the food!

We also get into our quarantine hobbies and what we have done to keep busy during all this and discuss the outlook for the future and if running shows in a normal setting is a possibility any time soon and what kind of adjustments will need to be made to make it happen.

The world has sadly been hit extremely hard with a global pandemic that has affected the lives of countless individuals globally. The devastation to thousands of businesses worldwide has been one of the strongest economic downturns of our lifetimes and the professional wrestling business wasn't any exception.

Everyone from the top down of our business has felt the effects of this pandemic with not only the WWE's Wrestlemania canceling their public showcase of their grand event to our very own AAW being forced to cancel our upcoming show, EPIC with others being in question.

We sit down with AAW co-owner Mike Petkovich to discuss how this affects this business of AAW and what companies on the independent level must do to survive during such a difficult period. Mike talks about how quick thinking and alternative concepts can increase the sustainabiliy of a business duing such uncertainty and what AAW has planned to combat these hurdles.

Join the Basil & Trent and we take a break from the usual happy-go-lucky style of the show to look at things with a much different tone as we brace for the future of our industry during this difficult time.
