This week on The Bad B*tch Entrepreneur podcast, I'm joined by my friend, colleague, and former client Nancy Sun.
We're conditioned to think being creative or multi-passionate is reserved for a special subset of people - children or talented individuals who are already excellent at it. It's not true. Our natural humanity is naturally creative by default.
Nancy and I are sharing why the creative endeavor is for everyone, how focusing actually limits your capacity, and her experience and biggest takeaways as a client.
In this episode you'll learn:
More about Nancy:
Nancy is a coach for multi-passionate creatives. She helps them create the art, money, and impact they want to see in the world. She helps multi-passionate creatives because she IS one. In addition to coaching, she is an actor and writer. She has acted opposite Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, and Thandie Newton. Her writing has earned her a mention in the NYTimes. She plays big with her artistry as a stand for her fellow artists to do the same.

Cultivating curiosity is one of the most valuable things you can do for the longevity of your business. It's needed to learn, adapt, innovate, and grow as an entrepreneur. Curiosity helps you zoom out so you can learn from your experiences - when things are working well and when they're not - so you can persist no matter what.
This week, I'm talking about why curiosity is necessary in your business, how to cultivate it, and my favorite questions for inspiring curiosity in your business.

Business is supposed to be all hard work and no fun, right? Nope! So many of my clients get so focused on their business goals that they forget that the whole thing gets to be fun. We forget that part of the reason we started our own business was to do what we love and have the life we want to live - which includes FUN!
You are not a machine. You need fun, play, and joy. And yeah, you can have fun and be serious about your business goals at the same time.
This week I'm sharing why fun is actually necessary for your business, for achieving your goals, and well, for a feminist life, too.

Creating self-trust has been one of the hardest areas of growth for me as an entrepreneur. I didn't really understand why building a business felt so hard for me for so long until I learned how to build it for myself.
I see so many of my clients with this issue, too, and it's one of the vital, key things we have to grow within ourselves in order to have successful businesses.
This week, I'm sharing my favorite exercise for building self-trust, what it looks like when you don't trust yourself, and how you can accidentally destroy it.

There's a lot of marketing for service based business owners about how you need to have the right funnel, the perfect tech stack, the best tools, and the perfect number of Instagram posts on the right days at the right times. I didn't do any of that. I still don't run ads or have some complicated funnel at almost $400k this year. In this week's episode, I'm sharing how I made my first $100k and what it really takes to get there.

My clients who have the highest rate of success the fastest are decisive as f*ck. They trust themselves and their decisions, even if they don't know if what they've decided will work yet. They decide, act on the decision quickly, and learn from what happens. Then they pick themselves up, dust off, and try again.
But how can you trust a decision if you don't know the outcome? What if you make the wrong decision?
In this episode, I'm sharing why you need to stop entertaining indecision in your business, what indecision costs you, and how to get decisive AF.

In this episode of The Bad B*tch Entrepreneur podcast, I'm joined by my friend, colleague, and former client Serena Hicks.
Serena and I were both new to the coaching industry when we first met, and have had so much fun growing together over the past few years. We traded coaching in the early stages of our respective businesses, and it was in my first group program that Serena sold $25K in 3 days.
We're sharing our big audacious initial goals, how fun it's been to grow from $20k a year to multiple 6 figures, and the 3 biggest things we've learned from each other in our friendship.

One of the biggest reasons I've stopped myself from doing big things in my business is fear of criticism. I was afraid for so long of what others would think, that I'd do it wrong, that I wouldn't be smart enough or be good enough.
What I've learned from my work with many of my clients is that we can feel afraid and do things anyway. That's courage.
In this week's episode, we're talking about standing strong in who you are when the inevitable criticism comes as you scale your business.

The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you'll ever have in both your life and your business. The way you treat yourself on the way to 6, multiple 6, and 7 figures is the difference between making it there or not. The relationship you have with yourself affects how you show up in your business, what you do and don't do, and how you treat yourself when you fail. It ultimately affects your entire bottom line.
You want to have a supportive, kind relationship with yourself now, so that you're always on your own team no matter what. You CAN hate or berate or pressure yourself to your goals or successes, but that road is so much harder and feels like shit. Why do that when there's a better way?
This week, I'm sharing how to create a good boss/employee relationship with yourself, what I learned from my own failed program launch, and how to counter your inner mean girl.
