There are careers that makes you a lot of money and there are skills. Here are three high income skill sets you should learn if you want to work remotely while making a good amount of money.

1. Computer Programming

Programming is not for the faint of heart, but is definitely an in demand skill as technology continues to improve.

2. Digital Marketing

Businesses have products that they want to see to consumers. As a digital marketer it is important where to find these people and how to effectively market to them.

3. Data scientist

Turning raw data into concrete information that we, as humans can understand.

SEM and Social Media Ads are all about testing at the end of the day. Here are some thoughts and experiences I have had.

SEM, PPC , and paid ads explained briefly.

The next step from SEO and organic search is understanding SEM/PPC. This is the bread and butter for all digital marketing as well as these platforms. As Mark Zuckerberg says, "We run advertisements, Senator."

SEM is a skill greatly sought after when clients are looking for a digital marketer. This is because the ROI can be tracked and seen in little to no time. It may take a couple of months, but if done correctly SEM and social media advertisements are extremely powerful because of the users that are on these platforms.

In the previous years, it was search. In the last half decade to 2018, social media rules the internet.

Hit a bump last night, my SEO content felt as it was lacking. How too much research created a wall for me. I eventually figured it out though, and it was through this podcasting.

It was a simple solution. Stop worrying about others and figure out how you stay focused.

As a digital marketer the year 2020 is going to be interesting. It is the year of halves as one of two will be working as a freelancer or be entrepreneurs. One of two search will be done by voice. Last, but not least, it is because of these one of two people will more likely buy from a microbrand.

Finding the correct content to learn from can be a challenge. Sometimes, you get tempted to try materials that's put in front of you. I recently saw an ad on LinkedIn and it made me realize I need to keep getting the word out there. You don't have to pay a tremendous amount to get started as an entrepreneur or a digital marketer. I saw a college digital marketing ad and I don't know how someone can pay so much money for experience you can get for free online with a little patience.
