5 ways that can support you in finding gratitude and peace in the present moment: 

☽ Tune into your breath / meditate and return to your body. Practice with 2 min of mediation and slowly work your way up. Practice a minimum of 6 deep breaths to shift your state of mind. 

☽ Journal out any wandering thoughts - brain dump, let it all out!

☽ Listen to your body! In order to listen to our intuition, it is important that we practice listening to our bodies. Honor your "yes" and "nos" Honor your hunger cues and intentionally eat! Eat grounding foods like root vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, onions. 

☽ Move your body! Walk, run, dance, do  yoga - release stuck energy / pent up energy. This will help in the process of connecting to self & connecting to intuition. Allows our bodies to focus more on the present once we can release the stresses/ emotions we may be consciously or subconsciously holding on to. 

☽ Go into nature & put the phone away. Our phones can pull our energy in a million different directions. Practice the discipline of just being. Be with nature, be with loved ones, be with the moment you are experiencing right here, right now. Put your feet in the earth.

How to create a "Right Relationship" with yourself and create harmonious relationships in your life: 

☽ Ask the question: "What does it take to be in a successful relationship with you?" You can ask this to your partner or to yourself if you are single! It can help bring clarity on that type of love you are calling in and can support the communication and intimacy you share with your partner. 

☽ Get curious, always be a student, observe and become aware of yourself, your patterns, and how you talk to yourself. Becoming aware of the words that follow "I am". 

☽ Spend time solo - do the inner work - form a positive relationship with yourself, date yourself. Treat yourself to a coffee, or visit a float spa. 

☽ Go to places you genuinely enjoy being! This is where your soul family will be! 

☽ Remember everyone is a mirror and an opportunity to learn and grow. 

☽ Self care comes first, always. Set boundaries, honor yourself - remember that you are love. Love does not come from an external source, it is within you always.

Fire ritual: Aries is a fire sign so working with the fire element is going to be most powerful. Burn your intentions or manifestations safely in a metal bowl or fire pit. Or Light a candle while you create space for intention setting!

Mirror Work: The energy of this time is bold, brave, passionate & filled with excitement for this new beginning. Stand in front of the mirror with post it notes & write out your “I am” statements. State your affirmations with confidence and feel into them.

New moon water: Write your intentions and badass affirmations on a piece of paper & fill a glass of water. Take the water and intentions and leave them out under the new moon sky. Allow the new moon energy to charge the water while you sleep. When you awake, slowly & intentionally sip the water & allow the manifestations pour through your body!
