We all know that the world's best badminton players are from Asia and Europe. But have you ever wondered about the differences between Asian and European training styles? In this episode we dig deeper into these contrasting styles of training, which ultimately shapes the type player that steps into the arena.
Leading the conversation is someone who has had a wealth of experience in both the Asian and European badminton scenes, Ruud Bosch - a former Dutch national player with 7 national titles, European Team Silver Medal, International Tournament Winner and Head Coach of X-TRM Team in Taiwan.
On top of all of that, he is currently the Dutch National Coach and is helping his players qualify for the 2020 (now 2021) Tokyo Olympic Games.
