Ok sis! now i know we known for flying through life on co-pilot, straight programed to feel less just to make it through the day when life gets to much.  We assume it hurts no one, but it does... YOU and those who love you.. and acting like they cant see behind your life's curtain is a lie you need to stop telling yourself. Even the wizard of wizard of OZ got his curtain pulled back and everyone discovered that he was an imposter. Unfortunately you aren't fooling anyone not even yourself. Life can be a dangerous thing when we learn to build our life around a false reality that can fall like the walls of Jericho anytime. You cant keep up the charades of acting like your baggage isn't heavy... it's heavy and its slowing you down!

so I'm here!! ima walk around you like the people of Jericho did and knock on those walls you have built full of regret. Its time to shift the narrative , it's time to face what has been sitting in the back of our mind. THE REALTY of our current life!
